Warranty

The warranty terms and conditions comply with the legal provisions: LAW on consumer protection no. 105-XV of March 13, 2003, regarding the sale of products and their associated warranties.

If the product ordered from www.bumbacel.md has a manufacturing defect, the product can be exchanged within 14 calendar days.

If you have used the product without considering the indications mentioned in the product description on the website and on the product’s packaging, the warranty terms are no longer valid.

To claim the warranty, the maintenance and cleaning instructions for clothing items, etc., must be followed.

Warranty conditions do not apply to problems or damages caused by the customer or under circumstances such as, but not limited to:

  • Intervention or modification of the product.
  • Physical defects of the product: tears, cuts, etc.

Return Procedure

Bumbacel wants to thank all customers and aims to ensure 100% satisfaction with purchases made on www.bumbacel.md. We understand that there will be situations where you may want to return products. We acknowledge this and want to assist those of you who, for any reason, wish to return products.

Return Procedure

  1. Products returned for exchange with another product

If the ordered product does not match your size, you have the option to return it for an exchange.

  1. Waiver of purchased products without invoking any reason, according to the distance selling law.

If the ordered product is not what you wanted, you can return it. To return the value of the product (excluding transportation costs) within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product, complete the Return Form without invoking a reason and without penalties. 

  1. Defective products or those with damages upon receipt

We do our best to deliver products without defects. However, if you receive a defective product, simply contact us, and we will arrange for the product to be replaced. Also, please complete the Return Form.

For products with visible damages to packages upon courier delivery, we recommend refusing their reception.

  1. Incorrectly delivered products

If a different product than the one ordered is delivered, please report this as soon as possible to return the product and replace it with the correct one. The return procedure starts by completing the Return Form, and all return and transportation costs for the correct product will be covered by Bumbacel.

General Remarks – Damaging products or putting them in an unsatisfactory condition will result in refusing to accept the return by BUMBĂCEL.

Products that are exceptions to the right of return:

  • Opened consumer products whose resale might pose risks for hygiene or health protection for other consumers.

Therefore:

Due to hygiene reasons, intimate apparel products cannot be returned.*

This category includes swimwear and underwear (panties, briefs, bras, bustiers, tights, socks, etc.).

Online return payment. For orders paid with a card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction within a maximum of 30 days from accepting the return.

People who have placed an order or orders on the bumbacel.uz website can register the return request online.

Steps to complete the return

Complete the Return Form.

We will process your request, and you will be contacted by phone within 1 day of receiving the return in the database to establish details regarding the return request (pickup/delivery address, pickup/delivery day, etc.).

We will send the courier to the provided address to collect the return package.

We will receive the package sent by you for verification, and you will be contacted by phone to confirm the receipt of the package.

Within 1-3 days from the communication of the package reception at the Bumbacel warehouse, we will dispatch the requested products.

Return period and costs

The transportation costs are determined based on the type of return (Exchange return/Final return/Defective manufacturing return).

ATTENTION!!!

Make sure the product you want to return is unworn and packaged in the same condition as received, etc.

Products showing physical alterations, signs of use, etc., will not be accepted for return.

In the case of size exchanges or exchanges with another model, the return will be processed within 14 working days.
