Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase, and the availability of items.

During the processing of your purchase, we will display the available shipping methods, their costs, and the delivery date of your order.

Payment

DPD does not offer the possibility to receive cash on delivery for deliveries made in Italy.

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days from receipt for unworn items. As a customer, you are required to inform us by email before returning the item, only in the case of:

1. Received the wrong item
2. The item did not meet expectations (i.e., damaged packaging)
3. The item had defects

The returned products must be in the original packaging, securely packed, undamaged, and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packaged in a cardboard box for protection during transportation, possibly the same box used to ship it to you as a customer.
